THE KING AT HARROW. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 17, 12.25 a.m. London, June 16. The King held a Chapter of the Royal Garter at Windsor Castle. His Majesty and the knights formed a picturesque procession to St. George's Chapel. The King afterwards visited Harrow Speech Day. H« addressed the boys and said that he was confident that the school would continue to furnish men to govern and defend the Empire.
