i . [ A YOUNG MAN'S DEATH. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Wednesday. Thomas Campbell Edwards, aged 20, the son of James Edwards, farmer, of Hamilton, who was injured while repairing the Public Trust Office electric lift on May 21, died in the hospital last night. The cause of death was shock and an attack of pleurisy following his admission to the hospital. t A SUDDEN DEATH. | Dunedin. Last Night. Harry Douglas Cook, 47 years of age, a book canvasser, living at Kaitangata, dropped dead in the Stirling Athenaeum yesterday about 5 p.m. Dr. Fitzgerald certified that death was due to hemorr- ) hage of the brain. Mr. Cook, who was better known as Douglas, had long been a resident of Kaitangata, and was formerly employed in a mine there. He leaves a wife and family.
