SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Meteorological Department published the following summary and fore:k cast at 5 p.m.:—Summary.—Moderate to strong northerly winds have prevailed, with overcast skies and rain in parts, especially on the west coast and in the southernmost districts. The barometer <■- has had a falling tendency everywhere, r: Forecast.—Present indications are for strong northerly and westerly winds, V cloudy and unsettled weather, with rain h in most parts of the Dominion. The a barometer will probably fall everywhere.
