AN OFFENDER SENTENCED. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. London, June 19. The Court of Appeal sustained the sentence on Malatesta, a militant anarchist, who was condemned to three months' imprisonment. A cablegram of May 21 says: North Errico and Malatesta were each sentenced to three months' imprisonment and ordered to- be afterwards deported for libelling Bellilli, alleging that Bellilli was an Italian police spy.
