A Sydney cablegram states that Mr. Richards, the New Zealand Commissioner, was welcomed at a large Salvationist gathering last light. Mr. F. W. Vickerman, manager of the New Zealand Casein Company, Ltd.. arrived by last night's express." Mr. H. E. Good, managing director, and Mr. Olaf Hoist, secretary, will arrive this evening. It is understood that the visit is in connection with a proposal to erect a casein factory in this district.
