DISAPPOINTED CRACKSMEN. Adelaide, June 6. The burglars who recently secured me haul from a safe at the railway station obtained the same night £4l from the booking-office. It was known that the news agent had several hundred pounds in his possession on Monday, and his residence was visited in the evening when the occupants were absent. It was ransacked thoroughly, but the intruders were not rewarded, as the newsagent, having lost money previously, keeps none in the house now.
