A parade of senior and junior cadets and Boy Scouts before General BadenPowell took place this afternoon in dull weather. The parade state was given at about 1556. General Baden-Powell complimented the senior and junior cadets on their successful turn-out and smart appearance. Addressing the Bnv Scouts, he said that the Scouts in England would like to see something of their New Zealand brothers. They had had visits from Canadian and Australian Scouts, and hoped soon to see some from New Zealand. He displayed the Tv George banner presented by His Majesty for competition among the New Zealand troops, and won this year by an Auckland troop. He had another banner for presentation to the Wellington District Spouts from the Wellington trooo in London. General Baden-Powell afterwards delivered a brief address to P"Outmasters. Ho left to-night by the v ::raroa for the south.
