HON. G. W. RUSSELL SPEAKS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. Mr. Russell stated to-night that the Government is trying to solve the domestic servant problem to making arrangements for a party of fifty .English orphans to come out to New Zealand to enter service here. If the experiment is successful it might be extended. Regarding the political situation he said that there would he no coalition between the present Liberal 'Government and any other party. If the former was defeated in the House, an appeal would be made to the country.
