THE REEFTON STRIKE. By Telegraph—Press Association. Reefton, Tuesday. Matters are very quiet. There is Btill an exodus of unmarried men who have been inquiring re the Lake Coleridge works advertised locally, and a number are trying to get work there. Reefton, Last Night. The town is being quickly depleted. Thanks to the Government work vcrv few married men are leaving, but the exodus is becoming very marked. The men at Waiuta are doing their best to while away the time with sports, etc. No other woTk is yet available there. Shortly a road from Waiuta to St. George will be started, and will give employment to some miners. The union is holding sports here to-morrow, but the weather is very unpropitious.
