RIOTS IN PORTUGAL. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Lisbon, May 20. Many political prisoners have been tried at Oporto during the last two months, and all have been acquitted. The trial of the last batch is proceeding. Scandalous scenes are being witnessed inside and outside of the Court, the Republican mob threatening the counsel, jurymen and witnesses, and pistols were produced by both sides.
