AUCKLAND SESSIONS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, Thursday. At the Supreme Court Francis Henry Sutton was charged with causing bodily harm to Edward Webster at Taneatua by discharging a revolver. He was let off with a fine of £3O the judge taking into consideration the fact that Sutton had provocation.
