THE REICHSTAG
A SOCIALISTIC ATTACK. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 24, 12.5 a.m. Berlin, May 24. At the final sitting of the Reichstag session violent Socialistic attacks were made upon the Kaiser over the AlsaceLorraine incident. Herr Ledebour declared that in England, under similar circumstances, the Throne would have been smashed to atoms or the King confined at Balmoral Castle to lead a retired life, like Abdul Hamid. Herr Hollweg vigorously defended the Kaiser.
