Received 21, 11.35 p.m. Sydney, May 21. , K is explained, on behalf of the New South Wales Alliance, that the resolution carried at 'the annual convention refprrpd to the question of Parliament to demand a hare majority. The convention felt that the time was not opportune, hut emphatically adheres to the principle of the hare majority.
