TWO ELECTROCUTIONS. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 19, 5.5 p.m. New York, May 18. Floyd Allen has been found guilty of the murder of Commonwealth-Attorney Foster, one of the five victims of the recent Hillsville Courthouse raid. He will be electrocuted. Three others of the gang, who fled to the mountains, have been surrounded, and their capture is momentarily expected. An appeal to clemency by Richeson, the clergyman found guilty of the murfier of his sweetheart, Avis Linn ell, in order to marry a wealthy parishioner, has failed. Richeson, prior to being electrocuted, confessed his crime.
