Wheat is about a halfpenny eoßierJ The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Ltd., have received the folowing cablegram from their London house, under date May 15:— Tallow.—We quote present spot valuee for the following descriptions:—Mutton, good, 35s 6d per cwt.; beef, good, 34a 4d per cwt; mixed, 31s 9d per cwt. The market is dull. Wheat.--We have soM an Australian cargo at 39s 0d c.i.f. Here is very little demand and the outlook is Sli> couraging. Messrs. A. Clement and Son (R. W. D.
