That in pursuance of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the "Counties Act, 1908," tlie Council of the County of Taranaki to proceed to the prayer of the petitioners of the Waiwakaiho Road District, hereby resolves that the Waiwakaiho Road Board be dissolved and that the area of the said Road District be merged into the County as from the 4th day of June, 1912.
