SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Meteorological Department published the following summary and forecast at 5 p.m.:—Summary.—The barometer has fallen everywhere, with moderate to strong (northerly winds. and cloudy and foggy weather in parts, and scattered showers on the West Coast. Forecast,—Present indications are for increasing northerly winds generally, mild and cloudy weather, and a change for unsettled conditions following shortly. The barometer will probably fall everywhere, especially in the south.
