AN AWARD REFUSED. By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, Yesterday. Tn the Arbitration Court Mr. Justice Sim gave a decision in the dispute between Nearing and Co. and the Waterside Workers' Union. The application for an award, made by the employers, was dismissed.
