SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Meteorological Department published the following summary and forecast at 5 p.m.:—Summary: The barometer has continued high everywhere, with variable winds and moderate northerlies predominating. The weather has been fine to cloudy and foggy in parts. Forecast: Present indications are for moderate to strong northerly winds, weather mild and changeable, with increasing mist and cloudiness at times and barometer falling everywhere.
