•It was decided to send a delegate to the conference of acclimatisation societies to be held in Wellington in July, and that the president (Mr. J. E. W* son) be the delegate. It was resolved that steps be,taken to bring the claims of the society beforo the Department with a view of securing a subsidy to enable the society to carry out urgent work. It was decided to secure from tha Tourist Department 100,000 rainbow trout ova, and 100,000 brown trout ova from the Hakataramea hatchery, for tha society's hatcheries.
