THE NEW PLYMOUTH CLUB. The first qualifying round for the Ngamotu trophy was played on Saturday in beautiful weather, 'but the scores were not as good as might have been expected. The greens were ill first class order, but a good deal faster than go far experienced this season. The following are the six best cards out of a large entry of 33: — D. Hutchen 02 12 80 T. V.
