THE KOOMBANA
AN OPEN VERDICT. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Perth, May 11. In the enquiry into the loss of the Koombana, the finding was that the fate of the vessel was beyond human knowledge. The personnel, construction, stability and seaworthiness of the vessel were unassailable. The finding added that it was desirable that weather reports should be exchanged daily between stations on the North-West Coast.
