The Rotoiti is well known on this coast, having been • engaged in the cargo and passenger trade in the pre-Main Trunk days. The Rotoiti, while relieving the Rosamond, will be used as a cargo carrier only, her cargo accommodation being larger than that of the Rosamond. I The Rimutaka, of the New Zealand ■Shipping Company's fleet, which has been loading in the Waitara roadstead, passed the New Plymouth breakwater about 11 a.m. on Saturday.
