BOGUS BARONET.

DARING ADVENTURER'S LATEST EXPLOIT, San Francisco, April 22. News has at last been received of "Dr" Milton Abraham, otherwise Sir Harry Westwood f'oopcr. the daring adventurer whose exploits created such, a stir in this country two or three months ago. The father of Miss Anna Milhraith, the hospital mirse with whom the bogus baronet contracted a bigamous marriage in Oakland (Cal.), and who afterwards sailed with her husband for England, has received a letter from his. son in Indiana, who writes, saying that he has had a letter from his sister. Writing from Lexington (Eng.), Miss Milbraith informed her brother that "Sir ITarry" had deserted her. The unhappy girl explains the position in which she had been left, and asks her brother to send sufficient money to enable her to return home. The Californian police have, been trying to get on the tracks of Sir Harry Westwood Oooper for a long time past. He is declared to have bigamously married no fewer than six women. Miss Milbraith being his latest victim. There are also charges of perjury and false, pretences in which lie is wanted by the American police. Cooper's real name is said to be Chadwick. and it is believed that he is identical with, a notorious character well-known in New South Wales.
