ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES
THE MAORI MOTOR ACCIDENT. By Telegraph—Press Association. Waipawa, Thursday. An inquest on the Maoris, Mini Rene and Murirmiri, who were killed in the motor accident on Tuesday, opened .yesterday, and was adjourned until Monday next for a post-mortem, as the doctor .vould not certify the cause of death.
KILLED BY AN EXPLOSION. Dunedin, Last Night. Ernest Collins, hairdresser, of Roxburgh, met with a fatal accident on Tuesday evening. While he was charging an acetylene generator an explosion took place,' and he received injuries to his head, from which he died last night. At the inquest a verdict of accidental death was returned.
