A CURIOUS CASE
ACTION AGAINST AVIATOR. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 9, 9.10 p.m. Sydney, May 9. A peculiar case occupied the District Court. A plaintiff claimed £2O against an aviator named Hart. He alleged that defendant propelled an aeroplane over a herd of cows, causing a stampede, in which two were killed. He further claimed that defendant broke and entered on his land. A verdict for the plaintiff for the amount claimed was given. The second charge was disallowed.
