SPECIAL ORDER. is hereby given that at a special meeting of the Council of the Borough of New Plymouth, held on TUESDAY, the 9th day of April, 1912, a resolution was passed:— "The Magistrate having confirmed the decision of the electors, the Council resolves that that triangular portion of King street, containing one perch and one-tenth of a perch, bounded on the east by Sestion numbered 2339 (21.3 links) and towards the south by sub-sections 3 and 4 of section numbered 646, be wholly stopped."
And notice is heroin- also given that the said resolution will be submitted to a meeting of the said Council to be held in the Council Chambers, King street, New Plymouth, on MONDAY, the 13th day of May, 1012, at 7.30 o'clock p.m. for confirmation as a special order.
