RESERVED JUDGMENTS. By 'Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Wednesday. Reserved judgments were delivered in the cases of the Public Trust v. Pilkington and the International Investment Company, Ltd., v. Andrews. In the former case, which involved the question whether an adopted daughter was entitled to a residuary estate, the court held that Mrs. Pilkington (the adopted daughter) was included, and took the residuary estate. In the latter case the court held that the determination of the magistrate was correct, and dismissed the appeal with costs, £lO. The Appeal Court adjourned till May 22.
