TIMBER THEFTS
WHOLESALE ROBBERY. By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunetlin, Last Night. At the Police Court to-day, before Mr. Bartholomew, S.M., two brothers, named James Alexander Greigand Peter Henry Greig, carters, were charged with the theft of timber valued at £5, the property of Hogg and Co. Peter Greig was further charged with the theft of timber, valued at £B4 17s, the property of Hogg and Co. Both accused reserved their defence, and were committed for trial. Bail was allowed James Greig in his own recognisance for £IOO, and two sureties of £SO each. Peter Greig was allowed bail in his own recognisance of £2OO on the first charge, and £2OO, with an additional two sureties of £IOO each, on the second charge.
