EMABARRASSED .FINANCE. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Received 8, 9.15 p.m. Pekin, May S. China requires thirty-five million .taels in six weeks for the purpose of disbanding 850,000 troops. The so-called SixNations' Banks demand foreign supervision before granting a loan, and suggest that foreign military officers should witness the disbandment. The Premier refused, but the Minister for Finance is negotiating in the matter.
