At the enquiry into the loss of the Koombana, counsel for the owners declared that it was probable the Koombana had 6truck some hidden danger. The part of the coast where she was lost was imperfectly surveyed. Counsel commented on the fact that the Bedout light, which was not attended, had been out since March 30.
