PERSONNEL OF THE FLEET. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Received 2, 10.15 p.m. London, May 2. The Admiralty has decided that the first and second battle squadrons shall consist of the Dreadnoughts and the Lord Nelsons, the third squadron of the eight King Edwards, the fourth squadron at the outset of the Duncans. These squadrons will form the first fleet. The fifth squadron will be of eight Formidables, and the seventh squadron of eight Majesties, Changes effected in the course of the month make it unnecessary to complete the sixth squadron or form the eighth squadron at present.
