AUCKLAND STOCK MARKET. By Telegraph— Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. At Westfield to-day there was an average yarding of beef. Prices were a shade higher than last week. Quotations for very prime ox beef and other qualities were about the same as last week. Choice pens of prime ox sold at equal to 26s per hundred; ordinary quality ox, 24s to 255; cow and heifers, 20s to 235. There was au average yarding of veal, which sold at late rates. An average yarding of sheep sold on a par with last week's rates. Ewes were slightly higher. Heavy wethers fetched 18s 6d to 20s > 6d-' medium weights, 15s Cd to 17s; unfinished, 14s 3d to 15s 6d; heavy ewes, 13s to 15s 9d; light ewes and unfinished' 8s to lis 6d. There was a small yarding of lamb at prices similar to last week's rates. Quotations: Heavy woolly, 11» 6d to 13s 6d; shorn, 9s to lis. An average yarding of pigs in all classes gold at lower rates. Heavy baconers, 38s to 48s; choppers, up to £3 ss; heavy porkers, 30s to 38s; light, 26s to 325; email weaners, 4s to 6s.
