NAVAL POWDER
FRANCE'S PLIGHT. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Paris, April 29. The newspaper Le Matin announces that tests of the new powders for the navy demonstrated that the powder was no better than formerly. Two squadrons have been ordered to land all their powder.
