LEWIS RE-ARRESTED. Jl.v Telegraph— Press Association. Wellington, Last Might. John Lewis, the prisoner who escaped from custody on Thursday, was recaptured in an empty house at Ohariu Valley, about ten miles from Wellington, by detectives this morning. He was hiding in a cupboard, and had shaved his beard and donned civilian clothes over his pri-\ son garb. In his possession the police found food, a false moustache and a small sum of money.
