TEBBITT'S CASE. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright London, April 25. Tebbit pleaded guilty to both charges, and was sentenced to twenty years' penal servitude. Mr. Justice Coleridge, in sentencing Tebbitt, considered it a mere formality, as the prisoner was insane. He was sentenced to be detained as a criminal lunatic.
