TROUBLE IN AFGHANISTAN
• RISING OF TRIBESMEN. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Calcutta, April 25. Advices from the Khost Valley state that 3000 tribesmen captured and sacked the town of Matun. The Afghan Governor made a sortie from the citadel, repulsing the tribesmen, who later rallied and besieged the citadel.
