THE STRIKERS FIRED ON. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Received 26, 9.30 p.m. St. Petersburg, April 26. In the Duma the Minister of the Interior endorsed the action of the authorities at Lena, where 110 soldiers faced a mob of 7000, and were compelled to fire four volleys, owing to the strikers having planned to seize the soldiers'Vcapujis and plunder the mines.
