DAMNED WITH FAINT PRAISE. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wanganui, Last Night. The Education Board carried the following resolutions "That this board is satisfied upon inquiry that no serious fault can be found with the methods of the organising inspector, who is admit ted by the teachers to he of great assistance to them in their work, and to be enthusiastic in his desire to improve the condition of the schools, but that he has unconsciously been injudicious in some of his methods in hie anxiety to get better results in too short a period of time."
