By Telegraph—Press Asswiation. Fez, April 23. General Monier, the French commander, has dismissed the Pashas, and is appointing governors to replace them. A court-martial will try the ringleaders of the revolt. General Monier is disarming the inhabitants, and possibly a war contribution will be levied as an indemnity to the families of the victims. There was a most horrible scene at the wireless station. Tho operators barricaded the room, and, although they had only one revolver, they killed fifteen assailants. Eventually the Moors climbed on to the roof and poured down burning oil, whereupon one of the wireless operators committed suicide after killing his three comrades to avoid their falling alive into the natives' hands.
