Sir,—To-da- the citizens will decide by b.illot, who io/ the ensuing year will preside at the head of municipal affaire. «J have already written sharply on mismanagement of this august body, with a inquest for redress in cases where injustice has been done without the slightest satisfaction being given to the ratepayers, who, I know, have been victimised ol £ s. d., which, as honest they had better use for. On tha best of authority I am informed ttiat if Mr. Medley is returned at th« head of the poll that within six nronfli# St. Aubyn Town Board district will b« mergea in the borough. This I wil ask the ratepayers to seriously consider when exercising their rights, notwithstanding all remarks made by your eontemporary.—l am, etc., C. T. MILLS.
