A DISABLED STEAMER. Bj r«t«frapk—Special t» Newt. Wellington, Last Night. A wireless message was received from the Moana, which left Wellington on Friday night for Sydney, stating that the steamer Clan Oglivy is partially disabled. The Clan Oglivy was bound from Dunedin to Newcastle for coal. The tug Terawhiti left Wellington shortly before noon to-day, with the object of towing the disabled steamer to this port.
