A letter was received from the secre- ■< tary of the Eltliam Club ('Mr. Ford), - stating that after ,18 years' existence, the J Eltliam .Club found it impossible to enter a; senior team. They asked, however, 1 to be allowed to enter junior and second junior teams this year, as it was hoped • next year to be able to enter a senior team. They suggested that for this seaj son their district should be thrown in j with Stratford and their juniors 'could play as Stratford <B teams. Mr. Tonks, of the Patea Club, waited oil the Union and asked that definite boundaries should be fixed between Patea and Ilawera, owing to Alton juniors, whom they considered rightly belonged to Patea, having decided to play as Hawera B, thus debarring Patea from entering a second junior team—'The Union decided to fix the following boundary: The Manapowou river to the Ingahape road and thence along the Ingahape road. A letter from the Kaponga, Club re a defaulting secretary was held over for further information. The Patea Club was given permission to play matches agaisnt Wanganui College.
