At the conclusion of Mr. Richmond's address in the King v. the Auckland Electric Tram Company ease, heard in the Appeal Court, the Bench intimated that the further hearing would be adjourned till Monday, when they will decide whether they desire to hear respondents. To-morrow the cases of Rex v. Hassell and Campbell and Rex ▼. O'Shaughnessy will be heard.
