THE GANMAIN FIRE.
£20,000 DAMAGE. By Cable—Preee Association—Copyrigh Sydney, April 18. The latest estimates place the damage in the Ganmain fire at £20,000. If started in a large store, and rapidly spread and demolished three other shops the public 'hall, and a forty-roomed hotel. The strong wind blowing made it impossible, in the absence of a brigade, to fight the flames.
