A COOL STORAGE CASE. By Telegraph—Press Association. Timaru, Last Night. In April last year Mr. G. T. Dawson, storekeeper, sent into the cool stores here 20 tons of onions to be kept till September. The onions came out,practically worthless, and the owner sued the Cool Storage Company for their value, £l'lG. A good deal of evidence was taken, including that of the freezer engineers. Mr. Day, S.M.. gave judgment to-day for the defendant company, with costs, on the ground that the onions were not a good keeping sort.
