NAVAL COLLEGE
> FEDERAL AND STATE RIGHTS. By Cabk—iPress Association—Copyright Sydney, April 15. A hitch has occurred between the Federal and State Governments over the transfer of the land for the Naval College at Jervis Bay. The Federal Government has discovered that it has •nly proprietary, and not sovereign rights, and will not proceed with the scheme till full rights are obtained. A special meeting of the Slate Cabinet is considering the matter to-day.
