ACCUSED COMMITTED FOR TRIAL. By Telegraph—Press Association. Blenheim, Saturday. In the telegraph fraud cases, on the further charges against J. V. Binley for false pretences and intent to defraud Scott and Martindale in relation to th« Masterton races, accused was committed for trial. Both WaUh and Binley were released on bail of £3OO each.
