A QUESTION OP EXPENSES. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 11, 9.35 p.m. London, April 11. Replying to Mr. Parker. Mr. L. V. Harcourt said that no salaries were paid to the British commissioners, but they were allowed their expenses of subsistence when abroad. Mr. Parker gave notice to move at the earliest opportunity, calling attention to the composition of the commission.
