The Italians hoodwinked the Turks by means of a feint near Enzuar, under cover of battleships, which shelled large bodies of Turks, who were preparing to resist a supposed landing. Meanwhile the other battleships escorted a large convoy of transports to the Libyan coast, where they were disembarked.
